CLEANING
What types of window treatments do you clean?
We clean blinds, shades, and drapes of all kinds. No job is too big or too small, and our advanced cleaning methods get great results without damaging delicate materials.
How do you clean blinds and drapes?
We use ultrasonic cleaning for blinds and shades, which gently lifts dirt, dust, and grime from every slat and fold. For draperies, we offer on site injection extraction cleaning, so your drapes can be deep cleaned without coming down.
How often should blinds and drapes be professionally cleaned?
Every 1 to 2 years is a good rule of thumb for most homes. Kitchens, homes with pets, and rooms with a lot of sun or foot traffic may need it more often.

Is professional blind cleaning worth it?

Can you repair blinds and shades instead of replacing them?
Absolutely. We repair just about any window treatment product out there. If your blinds are broken, bent, or just not working right, give us a call before assuming you need to replace them.
What kinds of blind and shade repairs do you do?
We handle broken cords, stuck lift systems, damaged slats, tilt mechanisms that won’t turn, and a whole lot more. If it’s not working the way it should, chances are we can fix it.
Is it cheaper to repair or replace my blinds?
In most cases, repairing is the more affordable option. If your blinds have several issues, heavy sun damage, or are just really old, replacing them might make more sense. We’ll give you an honest take on both so you can decide what’s best.

Yes, we carry motorized blinds for both homes and businesses. We can walk you through all the options during your consultation and help you find the right fit for your space.
What are the best window treatments for blocking light and keeping rooms comfortable?
Cellular shades are a top pick since their honeycomb design helps insulate your windows and keep rooms more comfortable year round. For blocking light, blackout shades and lined drapes are great options for bedrooms and media rooms.
What's the difference between real wood and composite shutters?
Real wood shutters are lighter and come in a wide range of stain options for a warm, classic look. Composite shutters hold up better against moisture and humidity, which makes them a great choice for kitchens and bathrooms.
Do you make custom drapes?
We do! We offer custom grommet top, pinch pleat, rod pocket, and sheer drapes, plus valances. Our designers can help you pick the style, fabric, and fit that brings your vision to life.
What are the safest blinds for homes with kids and pets?
Cordless and motorized window treatments are the safest options since they don’t have dangling cords. We carry plenty of styles that look great and give you peace of mind.

What areas do you serve?
We serve a large area around our Novi location, including Oakland, Livingston, and Washtenaw County, plus parts of Macomb, Wayne, and Lapeer Counties.

It depends on whether your order is in stock or a custom special order.
We’re known for fast turnaround and will give you a clear timeline during your consultation.
